Agenda Setting

Welcome to Week 6. Harold Lasswell, a political scientist defined politics as the power to decide who gets what, when and how.  In this vein, we tend to think of politics being the domain of the rich and powerful.  It is the rich and powerful and the “politically connected” who get what what they want.
