a. Select three class members to serve as interviewers of applicants for the cook. Select one class member as a candidate for the position.

b. After the three interviewers review the candidate’s application for the position, have them role-play an interview with the candidate using the questions that the team developed.

c. After the interview, have all class members participate in summarizing the candidate’s qualifications for the job.
