Students will utilize information gathered in ‘Agency Evaluation’ to create a strategic plan for your agency (American Red Cross). Develop a plan for future programming, proposed policy changes and future funding opportunities. Strategic Plan will include the following:
1. Assessment- Detail assessment methods and strategies utilized to develop your Strategic Plan
2. Planning & Development- What future planning and developments are needed (capacity, program, staff ect.)
3. Implementation Plan- How will the plan be implemented and by whom?
