1. Take the personality and social character questionnaires (see Appendix). What do they tell you about your style of leadership? Ask your team members to take the questionnaires and compare results. What are your strengths as leaders? What do you need to improve? How will you start?  2. Which of the Five Rs are important motivators for you? Are you using all Five Rs in your organization? Describe how you are using them and how you could improve your use of them. 3. To fully develop your personality intelligence, you need to develop a listening heart. Practice being fully present, listening to your own feelings and perceptions, and listening to others with both head and heart.
